 Hailey Mair

Hailey grew up in Lexington, Kentucky, where she devoted many of her childhood and teenage years to soccer. The sport eventually led her to attend Carleton College, where she graduated in June 2019 with a degree in Biology. Throughout the years, Hailey was captain of her high school, club, and college soccer teams. Off the field, Hailey coaches with TOPS Soccer, tutors at the local middle school, and works as a student medical assistant.

During college, Hailey traveled to London and Spain to study how sport and societies intersect in a globalized world. While in London, she volunteered with Dragon Hall, a community-based elementary and middle school after-school program for underprivileged families. While in Spain, she led a three-week sports camp at a local elementary and middle school.

Hailey loved combining her passions of soccer, travel, community service, and working with kids in Costa Rica this past summer!

EIN  46-5028056

Woza offered financially accessible international summer service trips for high school and college soccer players, using the game to create connections across cultures and support Sport for Development and Peace organizations around the world. With soccer, service work, and cultural immersion at the heart of each itinerary, we strove to broaden the perspectives of players by demonstrating their abilities to connect with people of all backgrounds and engage long term in soccer-focused social impact.
